We are often told to keep going and keep our heads up, and this too will pass, or it's just a season. Hello, my name is Kay, and I am glad you are here! I have extensive experience in depression, anxiety, boundary setting, and grief. My approach is simple, client-driven, straightforward, and compassionate therapy. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to better mental health.
During our sessions, we will learn ways to better cope with past and current life difficulties. We may laugh, cry or even sit in thoughtful silence.
