My style is empathetic, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I like to incorporate music, humor, and walk & talk therapy into my practice. I enjoy helping people challenge distorted thought patterns, set boundaries, build self-compassion, learn how to effectively communicate their needs and feelings, and learn to recognize what your body is telling you.
