I use a combination of techniques such as motivational interviewing, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches tailored to your needs. I have experience working with people who are faced with work stressors, relationship issues, and, life transitions, in addition to people who are having difficulty managing anxiety and/or depression.
