My name is Kristina and I have experience providing individual, relationship, and family therapy. I specialize in working with people of all ages who have experienced trauma, including all forms of abuse (physical, sexual, emotional, and domestic violence) and neglect. Trauma is defined as a distressing experience and, believe it or not, everyone experiences trauma in their lifetime. Trauma is common and is uniquely defined by the person who experiences it. I’d be honored to partner with you in processing what you’ve experienced in a safe and judgment-free space.
I am clinically trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and I am currently completing Play Therapy Certification. I have also completed Level 1 & 2 training in Gottman Method Therapy.
