Our therapists mainly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, which helps clients understand how their thoughts and feelings impact their behaviors. We also utilize other techniques depending on the individual client's needs. We are committed to supporting our clients through all of the many challenges that life brings, allowing them to recognize their strengths in the process.
We offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to all new clients if requested so we can discuss your current needs and goals and to make sure we're a good fit - it's imperative that you're comfortable.
