That is why a unique blend of traditional therapy with modern affordable and convenient approaches are offered, such as Talk & Walk Therapy (sessions at a local park), Sex Therapy, and E-Therapy (online sessions). I am a licensed mental health counselor, certified Sex Therapist, National Certified Counselor, and qualified supervisor of registered mental health interns who is trauma-trained.
I work with adults who are having difficulty coping with life transitions (grief, unemployment) and stressors (depression, anxiety), as well as individuals/couples struggling with sexual confidence, intimacy, sexual shame/guilt, and reproductive health concerns (miscarriage, abortion, etc).
A holistic, strength-based and sexological approach is used along with complementary alternatives to medicine. I am fully dedicated to helping my clients realize their potential through support and empowerment.
