My counseling practice is tailored to working adults with issues including relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting issues, work and life stressors and transitions, burnout, compassion fatigue, and spiritual crises. I want to provide a safe space where you can talk about what is bothering you, but also learn tools to help you overcome what you are dealing with right now. I can assist you in providing the tools and the skills you seek in order to be able to maximize your personal best. I provide empathetic and compassionate care with a holistic approach focusing on the 360 approach of mind, body, and spirit.
In my practice I provide a confidential, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to open up. I am also an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who has experience working with all gender identities across this spectrum. I work with individuals with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, Bipolar Depression, ADHD, stress, grief and loss with a goal to help them learn how to change their thoughts, moods, and behaviors by learning skills to help them implement better coping skills. I also work with individuals dealing with chronic medical health problems such as Diabetes, Chronic Pain, COPD, Heart Disease, etc. to help them deal with the impact that their health has on their mental health. I used various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to help individuals overcome their mental health/behavioral health issues.
