Hi! My name is Kourtni T.!
I am a limited license social worker focusing on interpersonal practice. I graduated with my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor in April 2022; and I have been working as a mental health professional for 1.5 years.
I believe in the transformative power of therapy and would like to assist people in my community with processing their traumas and achieving mental wellness. We can be so accustomed to harmful thoughts and behavior patterns that they become normal; even when they don't align with our personal values and goals. But anger, sadness, loneliness, and fatigue don't have to be your normal.
My goal as your therapist is to help you redefine your normal to help you achieve your goals and build sustainable loving relationships.
