Often times we allow feelings of anxiety, fear, guilt, shame, stress etc. to keep them from accomplishing goals and/or living a life that is meaningful to us. These feelings can be difficult to navigate and work through alone and we often suffer in silence, avoid, or develop unhealthy behaviors to get through the day. Effective therapy can allow you to be an agent of change within your own life and align with what you truly value.
I have provided therapy to individuals of all age groups and strive to create a space that feels safe and allows the individual to be their authentic self. I work with a wide range of clinical issues including but not limited to anxiety/phobias, depression, eating disorders, and grief and loss and phase of life issues.
My approach draws from various evidence based treatment modalities as there is no one size fits all approach in therapy. Making the decision to begin therapy is a very courageous act and it would be my honor to begin that journey with you.
