Hey Girl Hey!
I’m Kisha! I love helping career professionals, employed entrepreneurs, and business owners, who are ambitious high achievers, but feel stuck because of depression, anxiety, or low self esteem.
Low key, it gets hard being a "Strong Black Woman". What I want for Black women to realize is that being strong doesn't mean suffering in silence or doing everything alone. Being strong means knowing when to ask for help, learning when to delegate, and even saying no.
No one knows you better than you know yourself. In therapy we work together to learn how you can shift your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that you can reach your goals and get your power back.
Feeling stuck can look like this: “I’m a young, professional woman who is ambitious and passionate about finding success in my life. But sometimes I struggle to define what success looks like for me. I’ll admit, some of the pressure that I feel, I put on myself. Plus, I have all these external expectations from friends, family, work, society, etc. I struggle with feeling unsatisfied in different areas of my life like my romantic relationships, my body, and my career".
