Her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: anxiety; grief and loss; depression; and life transitions.
Kimberly’s therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, Kimberly adapts her treatments to best fit your needs. Her goal is to find the most effective way to help you recognize and utilize your own internal strengths and personal resources. Kimberly strives to understand people as individuals rather than specific diagnoses or labels. Kimberly is most revered about her volunteer work with her Yorkshire Terrier, Bella-Beyoncé.
