Description
“Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up.” – Brené Brown
I know that asking for help can feel difficult—especially when you are used to being the strong one. You may be carrying the pressure to be everything to everyone while feeling unseen or unsupported yourself. Perhaps you are struggling with self-doubt, a persistent inner critic, or the emotional weight of past experiences. You may also be navigating stress, grief, or uncertainty related to life transitions, relationships, or fertility and reproductive concerns.
If you are feeling emotionally depleted, unbalanced, or disconnected from yourself or your body, you are not alone. Taking the first steps toward healing can feel overwhelming, and you do not have to do it by yourself. I am here to support, encourage, and empower you in a way that honors both your emotional and nervous system needs.
Together, we will work to understand the root of what you are experiencing and develop practical, sustainable strategies for healing and growth. My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and grounded in the brain–body connection. I support individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, relational stress, and fertility-related challenges, including the emotional impact of trying to conceive, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the demands of reproductive treatments.
I offer flexible options to make therapy accessible, including in-office sessions, virtual therapy, and walk-and-talk sessions. I also provide a Therapy Intensive Program for clients seeking a more focused and accelerated approach to healing. My goal is to meet you where you are while creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, grounded, and understood.
You have already taken an important first step. I invite you to reach out to schedule a free consultation and begin the process of releasing, reviving, and restoring.
