Description
You’ve been the strong one for a long time—handling what needs to get done, holding space for others, showing up even when you’re running on empty. But now, maybe you’re the one who needs space. Space to unravel the pressure, the self-doubt, the trauma you’ve tucked away. Maybe you’re carrying church hurt, grief, anxiety, or just the exhaustion of being misunderstood. Either way—you’re ready to feel like yourself again.
I’m Kimberly, a Black Trauma Therapist with 16 years of experience walking with clients through healing that’s real, embodied, and culturally grounded. I integrate EMDR, somatic practices, and faith-liberating work to support those navigating racial stress, identity shifts, burnout, or belief systems that no longer fit. We go deep here—with honesty, care, and no pressure to perform.
I’m also the founder of The Reese Collective, a virtual space offering therapy and healing resources for Black people. If you’re looking for therapy that holds all of you—your story, your faith, your voice—I’d be honored to walk with you.
You don’t have to hold it all alone. What would it feel like to be held, too? Let’s find your rhythm again—together.
