As a therapist my goal is to help you reach your full potential, realize that the solutions lay within you and to help you lessen your daily stress and anxiety. My focus in providing counseling is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to learn and try new skills to help you address any issues that brings you to therapy.
With almost 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety and substance abuse issues, I use my skills as both a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Rehabilitation Counselor to help you throughout all areas of your life. This includes your work life, your physical and mental health.
