My Social Work career began at Georgia Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS). Beginning my career at DFCS, has been a pleasure to support clients in various clinical settings such as: outpatient treatment facilities, inpatient psychiatric treatment facilities, hospitals, schools locally & internationally, & private practice settings.
I support clients from a strength/empowerment perspective, as it is my belief, even when you don’t feel equipped, you have everything you need to take the next step in life. During our therapy sessions, it is my goal to ensure you feel safe, supported, comfortable & confident while implementing practical therapy modalities such as Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness - Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Culturally Sensitive Therapy and/or Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
You are the focus during sessions, life transition, anxiety, stress management, work-life balance, career counseling, mindfulness, women issues, self – esteem, communication issues, coping skills, identity issues, sexual abuse, grief or depression concerns, rest assured it is my goal to support you while we find a solution. My approach is holistic, I apply therapy, spiritual practices & concepts & physical health to promote total wellness.

I absolutely enjoy supporting clients transition through life but when I am not supporting clients, I am laughing with family & friends, cooking a delicious meal, decorating home/office buildings, meditating or traveling the friendly skies.
