I offer culturally competent counseling in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Using multiple therapy modalities, I help individuals, couples, and families with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, relationship issues, and trauma. I also specialize in working with couples on a host of issues that impact relational satisfaction. While I'm a Clinical Mental Health therapist, my work is also informed by my Ph.D. in Communication Studies and over two decades as a professor and scholar in human communication.
