My name is Kimberly Hart, licensed mental health counselor. I have worked with clients in several settings including: public schools, behavioral hospitals, community agencies and churches. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, codependency and ADHD. I've helped many people who have experienced physical, sexual and emotional abuse.
As a therapist, I seek to empower every being to be their most authentic, healthiest, happiest selves. I assist in the healing journey of growth, change and evolution through advocacy, coaching, consultation and self-awareness practices. I often tell my clients, "It’s not selfish to be self-FULL. You can only pour from an overflowing cup of self-love, self-esteem, self-worth in the journey to self-discovery."
