My purpose as a therapist is to assist individuals with identifying problems and finding solutions to solve them. We all experience problems in our lives, but we sometimes need assistance solving them and coping with issues that may arise due to them. I assist individuals with identifying strengths that may be utilized to solve problems, formulating goals to improve coping skills, and making decisions regarding lifestyle changes to assist with facing life's challenges.
My approach to helping focuses on utilizing interventions to empower individuals to improve their functioning and achieve their goals. My goal as a therapist is for individuals to be empowered to achieve wellness.
