I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & a National Certified Counselor. I have an interest in community service, which includes educating the public on the value of mental health, and continuing efforts to eradicate stigma. I utilize various treatment modalities in order to provide individualized therapy to clients who are on their courageous path towards healing and growth.
Sometimes in our lives we encounter experiences that may be overwhelming, traumatic, or indescribable. At other times, things may be going well, but we could still benefit from having a sounding board & someone to put things in perspective. Even when we have no complaints with how things are, there is always an opportunity for growth, always an opportunity for an enriching experience.
For those who have been victims of interpersonal violence (domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse) or other traumatic experiences, now is the time to rebuild your life, gain resilience, & reinvent yourself.
Services provided for members of the helping professions (counselors, social workers, first responders, law enforcement, medical personnel, etc.).
