Description
Do you often experience anxiousness or disquieting thoughts, that you can’t seem to ease? Do you experience low and/or depressed mood and there seems to be no clear reason as to why? Have you experienced the loss of a loved one and are having a hard time processing your grief?
I aspire to cultivate a deeper understanding with you through your past and current experiences. I bring a sense of realness and authenticity to my work, by applying an integrated approach of Psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) exposure therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and narrative therapy.
I have experience in working with diverse populations, while maintaining an individualistic and culturally sensitive approach tailored to each patient’s needs. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, LGBTQIA+, relationship issues, sexual abuse, and work/life balance. I work with individuals in therapy.
When we work together, you can expect a supportive environment in which you will be met with empathy and compassion in a judgment free zone. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
