Hi, my name is Kim and I work with youth and young adults ages 11 to 21 as well as women addressing anxiety and depression using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach while borrowing from mindfulness, play therapy, art therapy and other evidence-based modalities. Together this eclectic group of techniques will help to change self-defeating thoughts and behaviors as we work to disrupt negative thinking patterns and produce more positive outcomes.
