Living life brings joy and happiness but, there are times when we have negative experiences as well. We may live with guilt and shame for something we have done or something done to us. We may live with anger and resentment for loved ones being killed or how we have been treated. There are many negative scenarios that impact our daily living and often times it can affect our behavior in subtle ways. If you have experienced trauma, grief, depression, or anxiety, my goal is to help you manage those feelings in a positive way.
I focus on helping adults (18 years old and up) work through depression, anxiety, and trauma by offering traditional talk therapy, expressive therapies, and yoga. Through holistic means, we will work together in every aspect of your life to begin true healing work.
