Description

You’re the one people count on. The strong friend. The fixer. The one who keeps it all together — even when it’s quietly falling apart inside. You’ve achieved a lot, but it doesn’t silence the self-doubt, the overthinking, the constant pressure to be “better.” If you're exhausted by the weight of your own expectations or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can be a powerful way back to yourself.

I help high-achieving, soul-centered women — especially Black and Brown women — heal the roots of anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing using a compassionate, depth-oriented approach. Together, we’ll untangle the noise of your inner critic and reconnect you with the self-trust and clarity you deserve.

Specialties:

Anxiety & Overthinking

Inner Critic & Perfectionism

Childhood & Intergenerational Trauma

High-Functioning Depression

Life Transitions & Identity Work

My Approach:
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful, evidence-based model that honors all parts of you — even the ones you’ve tried to hide, hustle, or silence. You don’t need to be "fixed." You need space to soften. To be seen. To remember who you are underneath the survival patterns.

Sessions with me are warm, real, and deeply affirming. I hold space for both your pain and your brilliance — helping you shift from self-pressure to self-partnership.

What You Can Expect:

A nonjudgmental space to unpack the “shoulds” and reconnect with your wants

Deep, inner healing that goes beyond surface-level coping skills

A therapist who gets what it’s like to be the strong one — and how isolating that can feel

Collaborative sessions where you don’t have to censor or shrink any part of yourself

If you’re ready to do therapy differently — in a way that honors your inner world and helps you build a relationship with yourself that actually feels good — let’s talk. I offer a free 10-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

IFS Healing Circles:

This 8-week virtual group is for women who are ready to soften self-criticism, release perfectionism, and come home to themselves. Grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, this healing circle offers a supportive space to explore your inner world, connect with your true Self, and build a more compassionate relationship with the parts of you that carry fear, shame, or pressure to “do it all.”

Each 90-minute session includes guided IFS-based exercises, reflective prompts, and group sharing. You’ll be in community with other women who get what it’s like to be the strong one — and are ready to lay down the weight. This is a space to be real, be held, and begin healing together.

Offered online. Group size is limited to 10 women per group to keep the space intimate. Early bird and full-pay pricing available.
