Many people unknowingly already possess the tools to aid in increasing their potential, and still many others are unaware of new/more effective ways to approach life's challenges. As a therapist, I strive to help my clients help themselves in identifying their current strengths while also working together to add to their toolkit. My go-to approaches include cognitive behavioral
therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and a strengths-based lens. I am experienced in working with clients from all walks of life – be it grade school children, young adults, or older adults.
