Reflections Counseling Group was founded on the principle that everyone is capable of living a full and healthy life. It is not until we take the time to evaluate and reflect on life's experiences that we begin to live out the life we have and move towards the life we want. Taking an honest assessment of what is before us is where the work begins.
I strive to empower and uplift each client I encounter. The journey of life comes with many curves and hurdles that can be challenging at times, and I encourage clients to see that they have the ability to overcome everything they face.
I work with adolescents and adults to assist with life transitions, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
