I am currently accepting new clients Monday-Wednesday mornings between the hours of 6 am-10 am. Thursday 6 am-7 am.
When you awake in the morning you expect to feel a sense of rejuvenation and restfulness. But sometimes you feel a weight on your chest. It can feel as though things are overwhelming and that you can’t catch your breath. This feeling may or may not have been present for a while. However, you are ready for a moment of peace. You are ready for a release. I am here to tell you: You are deserving of a space to express yourself. A space to be vulnerable. A space to process the challenges in your life. A space to be you.
I believe in a collaborative approach in working with clients. My therapeutic style is Person-Centered and rooted in eclectic interventions tailored to your needs (CBT, Mindfulness, and/or Creative-based). My clinical experience includes working with those facing transitions in their life, trauma/childhood ACEs, grief, anxiety, identity, and self-esteem.
