My approach to therapy is individualized and focuses on enhancing new coping skills. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment with a sense of safety, self compassion, self love, and honesty as we work together to achieve the goals you have for yourself.
I will utilize the following therapeutic interventions: Narrative Therapy , Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I provide individual therapy for young adults and adults. I have a passion for working with adolescents, young adults, adults and the LGBTQ populations.
I believe that each person already holds a set of coping skills. My approach to individualized therapy supports unlocking these skills. While we work together we will examine these skills and foster them into ones that will support you living a more fulfilling life.
