As a Latinx Therapist, a lot of my professional experience has been working in settings that serve marginalized communities and BIPOC. I am committed to empowering and helping community members learn how to use their resiliency to live more meaningful lives. My work focuses on mood/anxiety disorders, trauma, and helping people navigate interpersonal relationships using a strengths-based psychodynamic approach. I believe people have the tools necessary to heal and I collaborate with my clients to help them reach their goals.
