Description
As a therapist I am passionate about journeying with people who desire to see healing and transformation in their lives. Uncertain times can often produce feelings of insecurity and heightened emotional distress. Many find themselves experiencing anxiety, depression, relational conflict, grief, loss and isolation in these times of crisis. It is important to understand you are not alone and help is available. Buried beneath the emotional distress you may be experiencing is authentic you waiting to emerge.
In our work together, we’ll learn to identify repetitive generational interactional patterns as we examine how the past might be influencing your present and future. In working with me you can expect to journey toward renewed mental and emotional awareness and healing as you gain the motivation to start the journey toward healing. Together we will build the momentum necessary to identify how to live in your truth as an individual, family or couple.
I obtained my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary and my Bachelor’s of Science in Legal Administration from Ball State University. I currently under the clinical and site supervision of Anita Adams LMFT IN#35001887A. I have over 25 years of experience working with families in our community as they navigate larger systems and journey towards healing and wholeness.
My therapeutic approach is affirming, person-centered, strength-based, relational, and non-judgmental. My goal is to provide you with the tools and evidence-based practices necessary to move you forward. Let’s build momentum as you journey to healing and wholeness.
