You have probably been feverishly searching for the right person and you have finally found the right one. Do you have trouble staying organized, focused, or remembering to do things? Do any of those things cause you to feel anxious or worried? Do you find yourself being anxious about things that are out of your control? ADHD/ADD and anxiety are typically linked and both can be overwhelming.
I help empower adolescents, teens, and adults to manage their ADHD/ADD and reduce their anxiety. I also help people who are feeling anxious about making adjustments due to major changes in their lives such as going to college, relocating, leaving a job, etc.
