I believe we all have the power to heal ourselves. My approach is through cognitive-behavioral with a blend of mindfulness technique, holistic healing and psychodynamic. I approach my work with flexibility, supportive, non-judgmental and compassion. I honor the uniqueness of my patients and celebrate the qualities that makes them remarkable.
