I have over 21 years of professional experience in the healthcare field. My background includes roles as a pharmacy tech, EMT, Corpsman with the USMC, trauma instructor, ICU nurse, nursing home supervisor, corrections nurse, & psychiatric nurse. These experiences have shaped my commitment to delivering compassionate & evidence-based care. As a lifelong learner, my focus is on continued growth and serving the community as best as possible. My bachelor's degree in nursing was earned at the University of Alabama. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MSN, PMHNP) from Walden University. Outside of work, I enjoy woodworking and spending time with my wife & three children.
