Hello my name is Kelly Johnson. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 19 years of experience. I developed my psychotherapy approach working in a variety of practice settings, with various populations. Presenting issues in my work include, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief and loss, trauma, parenting skills, and family reunification. When our lives are not balanced our mental, spiritual, and physical wellness suffer. I believe in everyone's right to self determination. I am a huge proponent of exploring inner strength, empowerment, and self advocacy to guide you through your journey to achieve balance and fulfillment. Are you pouring from an empty cup?
