My role as your therapist is not to lead but to walk beside you and provide a gentle and supportive guidance for self-reflection and a move toward a place of peace, healing, and well-being. I use a strengths-based and holistic approach and offer a variety of treatment modalities to meet your individual needs. I am trained in EMDR.
I am a trauma-informed care therapist who is certified in treating substance use disorders, and who is experienced in treating sexual trauma. While we cannot change difficult situations of the past or present. We can work together to better understand, cope with, and manage them.
