It is within these spaces that we learn, grow and work on the many parts of ourselves that help us to become whole. I am Keishara, licensed therapist at Keys to Wholeness LLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia with a decade of experience working with Adults, Adolescents, Children and Families in the Social Work and Mental Health Professions.
I have training and experience in the areas of stress management, anxiety, depression, problem solving, anger management, behavioral issues, parenting skills, issues of trauma, life stressors, changes in life and more.
Through the use of teletherapy services, I offer a safe and supportive space for adults as I assist in identifying and exploring the keys needed to unlock their paths to wholeness. I am now accepting new clients that are located in the state of Virginia. I look forward to walking with you on this path to wholeness.
