Keisha H. Bryan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS). Keisha graduated from the School of Social Work at East Carolina University with a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Social Work.
Upon graduation, Keisha began providing social work and mental health therapy services for pregnant and postpartum women living in a rural setting. Over her 10 years of experience Keisha has worked throughout inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals that suffer from addiction (alcohol, drugs and gambling) and mental health issues. She has led groups and seminars on a variety of topics including: impact of addictions on family members, stress management, divorce recovery, pregnancy/postpartum care, and depression.
Keisha serves a broad spectrum of clients and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as Solution Focused Therapy to assist her clients in seeking the change they desire.
She is passionate about helping her clients reach their fullest potential. Keisha utilizes individual, group, and couples therapy as modalities for change. She enjoys working with adults and older adolescents. Keisha has specialized training in couples counseling and enjoys assisting families build strong bonds.
Keisha's recent passion project is helping Single Women from all walk of life get the most out of dating. Keisha enjoys teaching women the basics of a healthy relationship and giving them the tools that they need to be able to date from a healthy, secure and authentic mental space.
