I am a licensed psychotherapist passionate about supporting professional adults navigate relationship issues and challenging family dynamics, major life transitions, boundary setting and emotional trauma. I often help clients with low mood, anxiety, work stress and burnout.
At Destination Therapy, I offer both individual and couples counseling in person at our Houston practice, or online via telehealth for clients residing in Texas or Massachusetts.
I constantly strive to ensure that my clients feel safe with me, therefore providing culturally affirming care that celebrates all intersectional identities is a foundation of my work. This assists me in supporting my clients move towards an improved outlook on life and motivation for positive change.
