I provide services more specifically in the areas of Anxiety, Stress, Coping, Adjustment Issues and Depression. I work from an Adlerian and CBT approach and include many techniques from the wellness model. I believe that our life experiences involve various parts of our innermost being at the same time, requiring support and intervention in multiple areas.
