I specialize in working with individuals to build self-confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and challenge negative thought patterns. My mission is to provide a safe environment to explore the challenges, psychosocial stressors, and behaviors that stop you from living the life you desire.
My areas of expertise include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, divorce, trauma, chronic illness, grief/loss, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I aspire to help women reach their full potential by providing personalized counseling services. I firmly believe change occurs with increased self-awareness and mindfulness.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy and utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I don't want my clients to merely live, I want them to thrive and live courageously.
