I provide therapy to adults, working from a person-centered approach which allows clients to feel heard and respected. Clients are always their own personal expert. My approach to therapy is always supportive and respectful and strength-based. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ Community. Much of my career I’ve been working with underserved populations. I have also worked with clients in coping with concerns such as depression and anxiety to name a few.
I typically use a variety of modalities to include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and/or Solution-Focused Therapy just to name a few.
Life can be difficult and this is a no judgement zone. I will provide a listening ear and assure you that you are not alone as we walk through this journey together.
