Good grief Kay, "How did I get here"? you ask me! The sadness and disappointment from people not being who you thought they were, to missed opportunities and a life you did not expect to be living. Grief over unmet expectations, failed relationships and loss of a loved one can take a toll on us emotionally and physically. It can be hard to see where you are going and where you really want to be.
Grief can often look like sadness, worry, fear, confusion and overall dissatifaction with life.
