Description
Having worked with people from various cultures and all walks of life, I have come to realize one commonality which is the fact that we all experience challenges. These challenges show up at work, with family, and even just within ourselves and it can be hard to face them. In collaborating with others to address mental health, chemical dependency struggles, and even relational difficulties, I have met and sat with many people in need of coping tools.
My belief in people and their ability to overcome is what guides my therapeutic sessions. My goal is to provide a safe and trusting environment for clients to talk through their problems, while addressing the whole individual.
