I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important piece of therapy. In life, you will encounter a lot of experiences that can leave you with feelings of uncertainty, overwhelmed, and overall dissatisfaction. The decision to seek therapy is a positive and courageous choice. As a therapist, I believe in bridging the gap that can ultimately lead you to be the best version of yourself.
