Masters of Science in Marriage, Couples, Family Counseling
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
National Certified Counselor

I believe in meeting clients where they are. I have served the domestic violence and sexual assault populations which included clients from the LGBTQIA+ Community. My other specialties are anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, stress, coping skills, relationship issues and self-esteem. My theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on how thoughts regulate behaviors and how people respond to life situations.

My counseling approach encourages us to work as a team. I am here to help guide and encourage based on what the client decides is best. I consider it a privilege to be included in your life's journey. I look forward to having the opportunity to build a healthy therapeutic relationship that results in the growth and healing that you are seeking.

Due to Covid-19 all sessions will be virtual at this time. One free consultation is provided for all potential clients.
