I seek to provide a non-judgmental safe space for you to begin or continue to address life stressors, so you can heal and grow. Therapy is not one size fits all! Together we will find what fits you. I utilizes multiple approaches, by taking a holistic approach of focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I also use mindfulness and body awareness to help you feel more grounded and whole.

As a 21 year veteran of the Air Force I know how difficult it can be to ask for help. I also know that asking for help can be a sign of strength.
