I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is secure and reflective. I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy. In my practice, I support individuals who experience race-based and identity-based trauma, have complex family relationships, and/or experience struggles with anxiety and self-esteem. I have a special interest in working with Black and Brown people who have complicated relationships with their parents that affect how they feel about themselves. They may also be parents navigating their personal growth while trying to create a healthy relationship dynamic with their child/children.
