**ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS TO THE WAITLIST** Hello, my name is Karla and I’m passionate about helping adult individuals (18+) find freedom from mental/emotional distress and teaching them how to nurture their self-care. I provide online counseling & coaching services in Maryland and specialize in issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, burnout recovery, transition, body image and emotional (over)eating. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland, Board-Certified TeleMental Health Provider, Certified Professional Coach, and have a Master of Arts degree from the George Washington University in Community Counseling. I work with individuals from a person-centered and solution-focused perspective; using creativity, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based techniques.
