Karen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing in the helping profession for over six years. She is certified in Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), FOCUS for families, Seeking Safety, and trained in Part 1 of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). She specializes in working with families, adolescent and adult individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, life challenges and complex trauma.
