And at all times, you will have my undivided attention. I am the Practice Owner of Redefine You Therapy and Consultation. I am a National Certified Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as a Certified Domestic Violence Professional.
Our first meeting will be a day that is about you; a day where you are able to share your most inner thoughts with a clinician who values you. I accept BCBS, Aetna, UHC, Cigna (EverNorth) and Humana. If you do not have insurance, the session fee for self-pay clients is $150. Please know, I would never want cost to be a factor preventing you from receiving counseling services. Inquire about sliding slide options. Lastly, I offer free 15-minute phone consultations because I want you to have the opportunity to know if I am the right therapist for you along your journey.
