I specialize in helping people heal from trauma and cope with stress & anxiety. I am a Registered Art Therapist and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner-in-Training. I also use CBT and mindfulness practices to help you build skills for coping with the stressful events that are happening now, as well as to heal from things that have happened in the past.
Finding a therapist can be stressful. I accept BCBS, and offer free, 30-minute consultations to make things easier. Video sessions are also available for NC residents who are unable to make it to my 2nd floor office. You're not alone, and you don't have to do this alone.
